AUTOMATIC CONTROL UNIT FOR MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF IRRIGATION MOTOR PUMP

The control unit is equipped with a 4G modem and therefore performs the control and command function of an irrigation motor pump unit both locally and remotely or via APP or via SMS.
It is complete with a water pressure transmitter with relative digital pressure gauge. Allows manual or automatic adjustment of engine revolutions and shutdown in the event of an anomaly.
The control unit allows the motor pump to be started and stopped either manually or automatically from an external contact. It can also manage a linear actuator with which to vary the revolutions of the diesel engine and therefore vary the pressure of the irrigation pump.
The operator can very simply program the automatic system of the control unit, which adjusts the working pressure to the preset value and maintains it for the entire duration of the irrigation, or work manually, accelerating and decelerating the motor by pressing the buttons on the front of the control unit itself.
In both cases, all diesel engine and pump protections are active.
If necessary, the pump protections can be temporarily excluded by simply pressing the button on the front. It is also possible to set a working timer, after which the motor pump stops.
The messages shown on the display allow easy management of the functions. Pop-ups appear that explicitly indicate the status currently in progress, with the display of any expiring times, or advise the operator which keys to press and, obviously, display in text all the anomalies that have occurred or the pre-alarms that could stop the engine.
The presence of the various dashboards (synoptic drawings) on its graphic display greatly simplify its use.
